Preparatevi perché questo potrebbe essere solo il primo di una lunga serie di post dedicati a The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim che come molti sapranno, uscirà domani (11-11-11).
L’oggetto del contendere del post in questione è un video cartoon dell’umorista Harry Partridge non nuovo a queste parodie animate su videogiochi di rilievo.
La clip chiama a raccolta i nerd contro il logorio della vita quotidiana (per il logorio della vita moderna c’è il famoso amaro del carciofo), contro i casual games e soprattutto contro le simulazioni di cucina. Ed il conto alla rovescia sta per esaurirsi. Nel frattempo vi lasciamo al video ed alla relativa filastrocca. A seguire il testo in inglese.

Use perks just like in Fallout
Defend the family that you’ve reared
Kill dragons just by shouting
You can even have a beard

The game of life’s a drag
It’s filled with homework, filled with books
My job is lame and girls make fun
Of my less than stellar looks

Damn it boy why do you heed
To such shallow, mortal whims?
There’s a battle that needs your steel my son
In the land of old Skyrim!
